Mustang® Joule-Thomson Heated Regulator

The Mustang Joule-Thomson Heated Regulator (MJTHR™) is a four- stage pressure regulator designed to compensate for Joule-Thompson cooling during sample extraction. 

An MJTHR located downstream of a sample probe permits a 4-stage pressure reduction without distorting the composition of a vapor sample.

The Mustang® Joule-Thomson Regulator (MJTR™) is a four-stage pressure regulator designed to compensate for Joule-Thompson cooling during sample extraction.

The MJTR can be utilized in any application requiring multi-stage pressure regulation for sample conditioning or calibration gas cylinders.

Sample Coolers

Sentry sample coolers cool a sample from a process stream. The sample cooler is compact and provides broad application flexibility through the use of a variety of sample tube materials. The sample to be cooled flows through the tube side of the cooler, and the cooling fluid, usually water, flows through the shell side. The cooled sample then is taken to a laboratory for analysis or piped to in-line process instrumentation for continuous monitoring of properties such as conductivity, pH or other chemical constituents.

Magnetic Trap

Magnetite particles can cause huge problems within a sampling system by jamming and plugging components. The Sentry MT-5V magnetic trap isolates magnetite particulates to protect sample conditioning and analytical instruments from critical downtime and costly repairs. The magnetic trap uses high strength neodymium magnets in its core to attract and capture the magnetite before it can cause damage, protecting analyzers. Includes valve assembly.

While conventional filters trap all particulates and choke off sample flow as the filtering media becomes plugged with contaminants, the Sentry MT-5 magnetic trap captures only entrained oxide particulate and lets the remaining particulates pass, protecting conditioning equipment while maintaining sample integrity.

Gas Sample Probes (heated and unheated)

Typical applications are the use with toxic gases, the moisture measurement and the emission measurement in flue gases. The M&C dilution probe SP2000H/DIL... is based on the well tested M&C gas sample probe SP2000H. This enables the user to adapt the probe to nearly every application, using for example special filter techniques or special materials.

Sample Gas Coolers (Peltier)

An extremly stable gas dew point avoids water vapour crosssensitivity and volumetric errors.
